Health belongs to the Light. Disease belongs to the Darkness. The business of disease depends on keeping you in the dark. Far too many of us consider health an unattainable ideal. We accept disease as the way of life and death, and we look to medicine, not to bring us health, but only to ease the pain.

It is correct that we don't look to medicine for health, because it cannot bring it - not now, not later, not ever. Drugs (when they work) can remove or alleviate symptoms. The trouble is removing or alleviating symptoms is not curing disease. And every drug has negative side effects, averaging 17 negative side effects per drug, according to the PHYSICIANS DESK REFERENCE. I know it sounds hopeless, but it isn't.

There is real hope. Almost everyone can overcome their health issues (I'm not talking just minor issues here, but "incurable" and "terminal" conditions as well) and enjoy real health for many years longer than the nationally expected lifespan. And there is not anybody, regardless of condition or age, who cannot improve their quality of life.

According to United States Senate Document 264 read the full document no one can eat enough meat, fruit and vegetables to supply the nutrition needed for life, because essential nutrients are missing from our food. Essential nutrients are those substances that the body must have in full measure on a daily basis in order to function correctly but cannot make or synthesize from other substances and therefore must be provided in the diet. But no matter how carefully, naturally and organically we eat, we cannot get all the essential nutrients from our diets anymore. And even a slight or insignificant-seeming essential nutrient deficiency, if not corrected, will lead to sickness and death. Supplementation is not just an intelligent option. Supplementation is a necessity - if you care about health.

But millions of people are supplementing without getting results. Why? Because companies are always finding ways to cut costs to increase profits, and cutting costs almost always means cutting quality, and you get shortchanged. Quality is crucial when it comes to health. Don't compromise on nutrition! Your body is made of what you eat. You cannot build a healthy body with depleted foods. You cannot get high-grade results with cut-rate ingredients. Your body is the most valuable thing you have or ever will have on this plane of existence. Give it the best!

Two things not to believe:
When they tell you you have a terminal disease with only a few months or weeks left to live, don't believe it! Because if you do, your body will start shutting down all systems in preparation for death, and you are likely to die right on schedule.

There is tremendous power in belief - negative as well as positive!

When they tell you there's nothing more they can do, they are absolutely right - there is nothing more they can do. But don't believe there's nothing more that can be done! Because there's plenty more. It is not so difficult to change from getting a little bit worse every day to getting a little bit better every day. It is just a simple change in direction, but it is the difference between life and death - your life and death! We have many people who are alive and well today after the doctors told them they had "terminal" illnesses and only months or weeks left to live!

Degeneration is not necessary
Health is your birthright. You were designed to be healthy. One of the Creator's main gifts to you (and every other living creature) is a self-healing body. It is due to the cumulative abuse that so many of us have a compromised ability to heal ourselves and bodies deteriorating faster than they can repair and rebuild.

Sound unbelievable? Well, it does not require your belief in order to be true. Just as it doesn't matter how strongly you believe the earth is flat, it's still round. You will learn that all disease has a cause, and that by eliminating cause you automatically eliminate effect, the symptoms that are called "disease" - but that by eliminating effect (as in the medical paradigm of treating symptoms - when it seems to be working) you do not eliminate cause, thereby guaranteeing the recurrence of effect. It might not come back in the same form, but it will come back.

It makes no difference whether you have Heart Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, MS, ALS, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Arthritis, Ankalosing Spondolitis, or whatever - all disease is the effect of cause. In order to allow your body to heal itself, you must eliminate the cause and provide your body with all the building materials it needs to repair and rebuild the already-damaged parts.

We've all heard people say they "tried it all." But to try leaves an opening for failure, and when there is that opening, failure will be the likely result. To succeed, it is necessary to go beyond "trying" to actually "doing." Besides, they haven't tried it all anyway. They haven't tried our program. But I don't want you to try our program. I want you to make a commitment to your health to do what it takes and then to follow through whole-heartedly. I don't want you to try. I want you to succeed!

Stop believing in the silver bullet lie. You are being deceived. It does not exist, it never will. Every year they spend millions pursuing the cure for cancer and other diseases. Every year they announce they have gotten closer to that ever-elusive cure, but do they ever actually get there? No. And they never will. Because no drug can cure cancer or anything else and no drug ever will. The search for better drugs is not the answer - but it is lucrative.

To be sure, there are substances that can make you feel better quickly. But beware, substances that make you feel better quickly do not make you healthy and almost always harm you in the long run. Drugs can only have an effect if there are already receptor sites in the cells in your body. That means that drugs that have any effect at all are chemical imitators of natural substances your body is already designed to make or synthesize or extract from food and herbs. Anything you want from a drug your body can do better, and for free, and without the negative side effects. But you do have to give it the chance. You can't expect changes unless you make changes. To keep living the same way and hoping for a different outcome is a form of madness. Make the changes you need to make. Make the commitment to do whatever it takes and follow through, and you will succeed.

It all starts and ends in mind. Educate yourself. Learn what is actually possible. Learn what you can do. Stop supporting what you can't do. When you know what is right and what is wrong, you will do what is right. It does not take discipline. The fear that it does and that you haven't got it is another excuse that keeps you on the wrong path. All it takes is truth and positive action.
